The Mazworx workshop in Sunshine, Victoria is fully equipped including with everything needed to maintain, convert or make modifications to your car. 
Our equipment includes Lathes, Dyno Tuner, Ultra Scan Tool, Balancers, Procut Disc Machine, CNC Machinery and A/C TIG and MIG Welder.

Our Logbook Service is the only way to keep your car in top shape. New or used, we can carry out a log book service according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The service includes:

  • All parts/consumables detailed by the Manufacturer
  • Labour as detailed by the Manufacturer
  • Logbook stamped
  • Whole of car safety inspection

Dyno Tuning

At Mazworx, we can use our in-house hub dynamometer to tune your engine and check the performance of both piston and rotary powered engines.
Dynamometer’s simulate road conditions and add resistance accordingly while measuring energy, torque and horsepower.
Tuning a vehicle is now easier at Mazworx as the hub dyno tunes with more accurate results than a rolling dyno, logging all the data while bolted to the dyno directly by the axle.
There is no requirement for straps on a hub dyno which means there are no parasitic tyre losses and horsepower numbers are not compromised with slippage.
No traction changes mean a high consistency of reporting and testing loads can be repeated.
Adjustments and diagnostics can be achieved in a controlled environment to gain peak performance from your vehicle.

Fabrication

Fabrication services include all types of metal and alloy welding including but not limited to – intercooler piping, exhaust manifolds, mounts, trans tunnels, differentials and more.
We aim to suit your needs and can fabricate engine and gearbox mounts to customise your engine conversion.

Engine Rebuilds

Mazworx can offer a diverse range of anything from a basic rebuild to a  full engine rotary rebuild and turbo Bridgeport race engines.

We use studding to strengthen blocks, balancing to gain smooth crisp RPM’s.

Roadworthy Certificates

Mazworx Performance is recognised by Vic Roads as a Licenced Vehicle Tester so can therefore issue roadworthy certificates.

Roadworthy Certificates are required when re-registering or selling your car and will need to be inspected by an authorised inspector to ensure safety during normal driving conditions.

Bookings are available at short notice including Saturdays.

Customers with a fleet of vehicles who require roadworthy certificates can ensure a fast, fair and efficient service by an experienced inspector.
