Refund policy

There is no legal requirement for change of mind returns so please chose carefully.
When you change your mind, order incorrectly, find the item cheaper elsewhere, damage the item by incorrectly using it, buy the product at a reduced price or experience normal wear and tear the item cannot be returned.
Where the supplier offers a warranty on faulty items we will honour these such returns on a case by case basis. Warranty terms vary with each brand, please contact us and we will deal with claims as quickly as possible depending on unpredictable supplier/manufacturer delays.

Once products have left our store no returns, exchanges or replacements will be automatically issued.

Mazworx will comply with Australian Consumer Law (which can vary by state) if an item has a major problem.
*If an item: has a problem which would stop someone from buying it, if known
*Is unsafe
*Is significantly different from the description 
*Doesn't do what it is supposed to do and cannot be fixed
If the item is not major we will repair it within reasonable time
