Shipping policy

Shipping costs depend on destination location, weight and size of packaged items and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery options by outsourced courier companies and postage suppliers may result in damaged items after they leave the Mazworx store and are selected at your own risk.
We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance to protect for loss or damaged items or you can arrange collection via our Melbourne factory to reduce the risk.

We will package the items top the best of our ability to ensure no damage, after this: Mazworx takes no responsibility to damaged items or boxes, missing items inside the box, missing parcels or any delays and will not be providing replacement, repairs or refunds once it is picked up from courier companies.
Tracking or consignment numbers will be provided when given to us so you can follow the items movements.
